# Trả lương cho nhân viên bằng tiền mặt

* Tại phân hệ **Tiền lương** , chọn chức năng **Trả lương.**
* Nhập ngày trả lương, sau đó tích chọn phương thức thanh toán là **Tiền mặt**.

 Tích chọn xong những nhân viên được trả lương, nhấn **Trả lương**, nhấn **Đồng ý** khi đó hệ thống tự động sinh ra chứng từ **Phiếu chi trả lương nhân viên**.

* Kiểm tra lại các thông tin do hệ thống tự động sinh ra:
  * **Thông tin chung**: hệ thống đã tự động lấy lên thông tin lý do chi. Kế toán có thể khai báo bổ sung các thông tin còn thiếu (nếu có).
  * **Thông tin chứng từ**: nhập thông tin về Ngày hạch toán, Ngày chứng từ, Số chứng từ => Ngày hạch toán phải lớn hoặc bằng Ngày chứng từ, riêng Số chứng từ sẽ được hệ thống tự động đánh tăng theo quy tắc đã được thiết lập.
  * **Thông tin hạch toán**: hệ thống đã tự động hạch toán nghiệp vụ trả lương cho nhân viên bằng tiền mặt.
  * **Thông tin trả lương**: liệt kê danh sách nhân viên cùng số tiền lương được trả.
* Sau khi kiểm tra và nhập bổ sung thông tin cho phiếu chi trả lương, nhấn **Lưu**.
