# Thu hoàn ứng bằng tiền mặt sau khi quyết toán tạm ứng nhân viên

**Định khoản**

Nợ TK 111                         Tiền mặt (1111, 1112)

          Có TK 141               Tạm ứng     

**Ví dụ**

* Ngày 10/01/2017, nhân viên Nguyễn Thị Hoa nhận tiền tạm ứng đi công tác, số tiền 1.500.000đ.
* Ngày 16/01/2017, sau khi đi công tác về nhân viên Nguyễn Thị Hoa hoàn thành các thủ tục, chứng từ để quyết toán tạm ứng với tổng số tiền đã chi là 1.000.000đ.
* Ngày 16/01/2017, kế toán thanh toán nhập quỹ số tiền thừa do nhân viên Nguyễn Thị Hoa nộp lại.

**Hướng dẫn trên phần mềm**

Nghiệp vụ "Thu hồi tiền tạm ứng của nhân viên sau khi thực hiện quyết toán tạm ứng" được thực hiện trên phần mềm như sau:

* Vào phân hệ **Quỹ\Thu tiền**, chọn chức năng **Tạo mới**.

* Chọn lý do nộp là **Thu hoàn ứng**.

* Khai báo thông tin chứng từ, sau đó nhấn **Lưu**.
* Chọn chức năng **In** trên thanh công cụ, sau đó chọn mẫu phiếu thu cần in.

**Lưu ý:**

Trước khi hạch toán nghiệp vụ thu hồi tạm ứng của nhân viên, cần thực hiện nghiệp vụ chi tạm ứng trên phân hệ **Quỹ\Chi tiền** và nghiệp vụ quyết toán tạm ứng trên phân hệ **Tổng hợp\Chứng từ nghiệp vụ khác\Quyết toán tạm ứng**.
