Vào menu **Hệ thống**\\**Quản lý người dùng**:

**Cách thực hiện**

* Vào **Hệ thống\Quản lý người dùng,** chọn chức năng **Tạo mới.**

Ở đây cho phép khai báo thông tin về kế toán được phép đăng nhập sử dụng phần mềm và quyền của kế toán đó.
