# Khai báo điều khoản thanh toán

Cho phép khai báo thông tin về từng điều khoản thanh toán.

**Cách thao tác**

* Tại màn hình danh sách điều khoản thanh toán, chọn chức năng **Tạo mới:**

* Khai báo các thông tin về điều khoản thanh toán => với các thông tin có ký hiệu (\*) kế toán sẽ bắt buộc phải khai báo.
* Sau khi khai báo xong, nhấn **Lưu**.

***Lưu ý:***

*1. Để sửa lại thông tin điều khoản thanh toán đã khai báo, sử dụng chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ.*

*2. Đối với các điều khoản thanh toán không có nhu cầu theo dõi nữa, có thể sử dụng chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ, sau đó bấm bỏ tích ở ô **Theo dõi**.*
