# Khai báo khoản mục chi phí

Cho phép khai báo thông tin về từng khoản mục chi phí.

**Cách thao tác**

* Tại màn hình danh sách khoản mục chi phí, chọn chức năng **Tạo mơi:**

* Khai báo các thông tin về khoản mục chi phí => với các thông tin có ký hiệu (\*) kế toán sẽ bắt buộc phải khai báo.
* Sau khi khai báo xong, nhấn **Lưu**.

***Lưu ý*****:**

*1. Để sửa lại thông tin khoản mục chi phí đã khai báo, sử dụng chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ.*

*2. Đối với các khoản mục chi phí không có nhu cầu theo dõi nữa, có thể sử dụng chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ, sau đó bấm bỏ tích ở ô **Theo dõi.***
