# Khai báo nhân viên

 Cho phép khai báo thông tin về từng nhân viên trong doanh nghiệp.

**Cách thao tác**

* Tại màn hình danh sách nhân viên, chọn chức năng **Tạo mới**.

* Khai báo các thông tin về nhân viên => với các thông tin có ký hiệu (\*) kế toán sẽ bắt buộc phải khai báo.
* Sau khi khai báo xong, nhấn **Lưu**.

***Lưu ý:***

*1. Trường hợp nhân viên khai báo vai trò là khách hàng/nhà cung cấp, tích chọn vào phần thông tin **Là khách hàng** và **Là nhà cung cấp**  => thông tin nhân viên sẽ được hệ thống tự động chuyển sang cả* [*danh mục khách hàng*](/3.-huong-dan-su-dung-chuc-nang/danh-muc/doi-tuong/khach-hang.md) *và* [*danh mục nhà cung cấp*](/3.-huong-dan-su-dung-chuc-nang/danh-muc/doi-tuong/nha-cung-cap.md) *với tính chất là khách hàng/nhà cung cấp cá nhân*

*2. Để sửa lại thông tin nhân viên đã khai báo, sử dụng chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ.*

*3. Đối với những nhân viên không có nhu cầu theo dõi nữa, có thể sử dụng chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ, sau đó  bấm bỏ tích ô **Theo dõi**.*
