# Sửa tài khoản ngầm định
Cho phép thay đổi lại thông tin tài khoảng ngầm định (gắn với từng loại chứng từ) đã được phần mềm thiết lập sẵn.
**Cách thao tác**
* Tại màn hình danh sách tài khoản ngầm định, chọn một loại chứng từ sau đó chọn chức năng **Sửa** trên thanh công cụ.
Kế toán có thể bổ sung thêm tài khoản trên danh sách tài khoản sổ xuống khi hạch toán chứng từ hoặc thay đổi tài khoản hiển thị sẵn khi khai báo mới một chứng từ:
Thay đổi lại danh sách các tài khoản sẽ hiển thị khi khai báo chứng từ theo loại:
* Nhấn biểu tượng 
.
* Tích chọn các tài khoản muốn hiển thị trong danh sách.
* Chọn tài khoản ngầm định hiển thị khi thêm chứng từ:
Sau khi sửa xong thông tin nhấn **Lưu.**
